Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St Petersburg North

I was in St Pete for business and really enjoyed my short stay here. I felt very welcomed throughout my stay by all of the staff and my room was so clean! There is a large gas station out front which was convenient to walk over to, highway exits close by, but the rest of the surrounding area had homes/liquor stores/cemeteries. This was of no bother to me and everyone I encountered were nice ppl.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. We typically stay at a neighbor hotel whenever we are visiting, but because of the holidays and our plans, this had the best price/location, and we were so happy with our decision! The facilities were clean (including the bedding), they provided some good breakfast options, and there was sufficient parking. I would say that we had a issue with our toilet upon arriving but Emily responded quickly to get the issue resolved. Our housekeeper, Eli, was also amazing and made sure to ask us if we needed anything each day of our stay. Ms. Shara was also a pleasure to meet upon checking out! We will definitely stay at this location again, and highly recommend everyone to book with them as well.

Dianelis was so lovely. She did such a gorgeous job cleaning the room and helping w the breakfast area. The whole crew was great. The room was such a relief after being evicted per hurricane. Pls thank ur hard working crew. They made a rough sitch much better. Also, the ham croissant were so good. Oh u may want more luggage carriers. The towels were soft y fluffy like the Ritz.

This hotel is only four years old so the decorating in the rooms is fresh and everything is in good working order. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was fine for what we needed...plenty of hot food, fruits, cereals and such, the usual of what you would expect. One extra bonus for this hotel is the free parking. Some others we were considering wanted to charge $30 per night. While this hotel is not located within walking distance of major attractions, it is a short drive away from the town center. So save your hard earned money towards a nice dinner instead at one of the many excellent restaurants in the St Petersburg area.

Front desk was nice, but would not stay again. Dealing with a death in the family. First day the breakfast was gone at 8:30 and not replenish after. The walls are so paper thin, you could hear the elevator and people clapping in the halls at 2 and 3 am. Plan not to sleep. Also not as clean, found other people's bathroom. Choose wiser...

Unpleasant Experience Due to Poor Management I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory, primarily due to what I believe is poor management, particularly by an individual named Diana. From the moment I checked in, I encountered issues that left me frustrated and disappointed. Diana, who I understand is a member of the management team, displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. One major concern was an unjustified damage fee that was added to my bill upon check-out. I was charged for damages to my room, which I can confidently say did not exist. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, Diana was uncooperative and failed to provide any evidence of the alleged damages. This left a sour taste in my mouth and created unnecessary stress during my stay. Furthermore, the overall customer service at this hotel left much to be desired. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority.
